Monteferrante is a 105.24 MW wind power plant located in Italy. It is one of the key facilities in the country’s renewable energy sector, contributing to the generation of electricity from wind. The plant has been operational since its commissioning.

Monteferrante ranks as the largest wind plant in Italy, representing 100% of the country’s total wind capacity of 105 MW. Italy has 11 wind plants with a combined capacity of 105 MW. Compared to the largest wind plant in the country, Monteferrante is equal in size, as it is the only operational facility in this category.
