Wailoa is a cornerstone of Fiji’s energy landscape, recognized as the largest hydroelectric power generation facility in the nation. With a capacity of 160 MW, it accounts for an impressive 50.41% of Fiji’s total power generation capacity of 317 MW across twelve plants.
