Western Green Energy Hub is a proposed wind and solar mega-project planned for the south-eastern coastal zone of Western Australia. Its announced capacity of up to 50,000 MW (50 GW) would rank it among the largest renewable-energy developments ever conceived, with output intended primarily for green hydrogen and ammonia production. The project is in the planning and approvals stage and is not yet operational; the capacity shown reflects the announced target, not installed generating capacity.
